I'm Shahnoza ( you can call me Noza) and come from very diverse background  - grew up in Tashkent, Uzbekistan in Central Asia during 80s and 90s with contrasting cultures, traditions, languages and history. After finishing higher degree in finance and working in international companies, I decided to pursue my future life and career in United States.

With over 20 years of experience in the mortgage and real estate industry, I bring a deep understanding of the home buying and selling process from every angle. My career began in the fast-paced New York City market, and I've since lived in Connecticut before settling in Wisconsin in 2013. This unique journey gives me a well-rounded perspective and the ability to connect with clients from all walks of life.

As a former entrepreneur, I pride myself on delivering concierge-level service, combining sharp attention to detail with a genuine commitment to building lasting relationships. My goal is to make each client feel heard, supported, and confident-whether it's their first home or their forever home.

I'm also a proud mom of three energetic boys, which has taught me the importance of patience, planning, and adaptability-skills I bring to every transaction. Outside of real estate, you'll find me traveling, exploring international cuisines, and cooking meals that bring people together.
